February 2021 Market Numbers

Overall inventory in Collin County remains low especially in January to February time frame seasonally it’s always lower. Most areas have less than 1 month of inventory! That means if nothing new came on the market we could only sell homes for 2 weeks and they would all be gone. Typically in spring we see more homes come on the market so inventory should begin to increase throughout the spring and summer. If you are planning to buy or sell this year, now is the time to talk to an agent and begin planning the best timing for you and your family.
